Gone too soon...
Another tragedy.. 2020 continues to haunt us. Sad and shocked to hear about the loss of Mr. Sushant Singh Rajput. Sad to see him go this way.
Mr. Rajput was a brilliant student, a National Olympiad winner, a great actor and a humble human being. In a career that spanned almost a decade, Sushant Singh Rajput achieved a lot. Mr. Rajput got nominated for many awards for his performances in movies and TV shows and won some of these. From dropping out of a prestigious engineering college to acting in Television and then making it big in Bollywood, this man had achieved so much in such a short amount of time. A feat very few manage to attain. His passion for acting didn't go unnoticed as he gave brilliant performances in films after films. He proved that a common man can indeed achieve great heights if he is determined enough.
It is ironic that a man who in is movie ‘Chhichhore’ told that suicide is not the way to tackle any problem was himself found hanging at his home. It breaks our hearts to know that this is the way he had to go, especially after spreading this message.
When you draw comparisons to Mr. Irrfan khan or Mr. Rishi Kapoor who recently passed away, You can very well see that the two were fighting a battle they could not win, yet they had the courage to see it through and fight till the end. They gave hope to the millions of their fans to not give up in any situation and that we need to keep fighting. Yes, people have problems, they have mental stress and they feel vulnerable, helpless but taking your own life is not the answer and it certainly doesn't do any good. It just devastates your loved ones and completely breaks them apart.
Almost a million people around the world die because of suicides every year and this rate has just been on the rise. That's almost one person every 30-40 seconds. It is one of the leading causes of death in the world. While financial issues, physical health, illnesses, bullying, impending crises or even relationship issues are some of the reasons, Depression leaves them far behind. Sadly, In this socially connected world people feel more disconnected than ever. This isolation leaves individuals with feelings of helplessness and hopelessness, disinterest in daily activities, and anger or irritability. People who may seem normal might be going through a lot and you may not know what they might be hiding behind their smiling faces. We don't talk and ignore the possible signs thereby making people feel left out, alone. This feeling of isolation, negative emotions opens the door for suicidal thoughts. Depression and mental health issues are very real and we desperately need to start addressing them. The taboo around depression plays a strong hand in making people feel vulnerable and helpless. It’s time to end the stigma.
Those who enjoy close relationships with others cope better with various stresses as opposed to those that do not. Having friends and family who can hear them out really helps in preventing people from taking extreme steps. Remember to talk to everyone you know, for everyone is fighting their own battles that you don't know of. Listen to them, start a conversation, show that you care, stay in touch and make them feel that they're not alone. Be there for people around you, make people want to live their lives.
When the mind is so dark, it can be hard to see any possibility for future happiness, but it can and often does get better. Whether it’s through taking medication, counseling, exercise, eating well, getting into a routine, or setting goals, these steps will help you on your path. Know that it is possible to recover from feelings of depression, pain.
You may have a hundred reasons to die but find one reason to live. There are millions in the world who are suffering more than you are, who have more stress than you, people who're in a worse situation than you are. Find a purpose if you think your life is not worthy. Help people, join a cause, heal others and you begin healing yourself.
If you or any of your friends or anybody is going through depression or having any negative thoughts then do reach out to me, your parents, your family, your friends or people who you think will listen to you and extend help. Remember, Death is not the answer, it never was and it never will be. NEVER take such steps, once you are gone, with time people will forget you, be alive to face the difficult situation and come out as a winner, fight it out and set stronger positive examples for millions of others.

“When you feel like giving up, just remember the reason why you held on for so long.”
Remember there is always hope.. there is always hope.. there is always hope..
न जायते म्रियते वा कदाचि- न्नायं भूत्वा भविता वा न भूयः । अजो नित्यः शाश्वतोऽयं पुराणो- न हन्यते हन्यमाने शरीरे ॥
The Spirit is neither born nor does it die at any time. It does not come into being or cease to exist. It is unborn, eternal, permanent, and primeval. The Spirit is not destroyed when the body is destroyed.
My condolences to Mr. Sushant Singh Rajput's family.
May his soul rest in peace 🙏🙏

As I end this post I would like to post a couple of dialogues from Sushant Singh Rajput's movie '‘Chhichhore’
Hum haar jeet, success failure mein itna ulajh gaye hai ...
ki zindagi jeena bhool gaye hai ... zindagi mein agar kuch sabse zyada
important hai ... toh woh hai khud zindagi
Dusron se haarke loser kehlane se kahin zyada bura hai ... khud se haarke loser kehlana
P.S. Please do not share photos of the dead as it doesn't help anybody.
